2. Measurement and adjustment of water pump body of self-control self-priming diesel engine
The measurement and adjustment of the pump body includes three aspects: alignment, raising and leveling.
(1) The alignment is to find the vertical and horizontal center lines of the self-control self-priming clean water pump body. The longitudinal center line of the self-control self-priming clean water pump body shall be subject to the center line of the pump shaft, and the transverse center line shall be subject to the center line of the water outlet pipe. During the center adjustment, it is necessary to measure and adjust the center line of the equipment (or the center line of the foundation and wall column), so that the verticality and horizontal center line of the self-control self-priming clean water pump body meet the requirements of the drawings, and it is well connected with other equipment. According to the drawing size, the allowable deviation of vertical and horizontal center lines of self-control self-priming clean water pump body is within 5mm.

(3) After finding the center line position and height of self-priming pump body, start to adjust the height of self-control self-priming pump body. Motor installation:
The main task of installing the motor is to adjust the center line of the motor shaft and the centrifugal pump shaft to a straight line. The shaft of multistage centrifugal pump and motor in bedroom is connected with various couplings, so the installation of motor is mainly the alignment of couplings. In the assembly of couplers, specific correction methods will be introduced.
There must be axial clearance between the two half couplings of the motor to prevent the movement of the horizontal multistage centrifugal pump shaft from being transmitted to the motor shaft, or to prevent the movement of the motor axial motor shaft. Therefore, the gap must have a certain size, generally larger than the sum of the centrifugal pump and motor shaft. Generally, there is such a clearance regulation on the drawing. If there is no such regulation on the drawing, it can be adjusted with reference to the following figures: small centrifugal pump 2 ~ 4mm, medium centrifugal pump 4 ~ 5mm, large centrifugal pump 4 ~ 8mm.
Secondary grouting:
