Working principle
The equipment is mainly composed of control cabinet, stabilized pressure pump, stabilized pressure air compressor, nitrogen cylinder group, stabilized pressure pump, electric contact pressure gauge, top pressure device, air pressure tank, air stop device, etc.
Its features are: the pressure tank is connected with a pressure stabilizing air compressor, the pressure tank is also connected with a top pressure device, the top pressure device is connected with a high-pressure gas cylinder group (placed in the container), and the pressure reducing valve is connected with the high-pressure gas cylinder group; the pressure tank is connected with a pressure stabilizing pump unit through a gas stop device, and the pressure stabilizing unit is connected with a fire water supply pipe. The advantages of the device are that the air chamber is set up separately with high-pressure gas cylinder, so as to reduce the volume of the air pressure water tank; after the compressed gas is decompressed, the constant pressure water supply is realized.

Pressure stabilization of air pressure tank
The equipment has a detection system to implement timing cycle detection and feedback to the microprocessor. The microprocessor compares the detected value with the set value, and sends out the action command to start and stop the water pump and air compressor to ensure the pressure in the tank.
First, the detection system detects the pressure value in the air pressure tank. When the pressure in the tank drops to the lower limit of the set pressure value, the system sends out the detection command to the liquid level controller:
① When the water level is detected to be lower than the set water level, the start command shall be sent to the make-up pump immediately, and the water pump shall start to make up water to the air pressure tank. When the water level in the tank reaches the set value, the water pump shall stop. At this time, the system detects the pressure in the pressure tank again. When the pressure is still lower than the set value, start the stabilized pressure air compressor to supply air to the pressure tank to increase the pressure. When the set pressure is reached, stop the stabilized pressure air compressor. When the pressure is too high, there is relief valve.
② When the water level is detected to be higher than the set water level, start the stabilized pressure air compressor to supply air to the air pressure tank to increase the pressure, and stop the stabilized pressure air compressor when the set pressure is reached.
Stable operation of equipment
In case of fire, the fire-fighting equipment is put into use and the water pressure drops rapidly. When the system detects that the pressure in the air pressure tank is less than the lower limit of the pressure set by the top pressure device, the control system signals the top pressure device, the top pressure system acts, the valve of the gas cylinder group is opened, the gas in the gas cylinder enters the air pressure tank through decompression to discharge the water stored in the tank, thus ensuring the constant pressure water supply of the fire protection system.
