1、 When installing the diesel engine fire pump unit, the installation plan shall be determined according to the following principles.
1. The fire pump room of diesel engine fire pump unit shall be close to the pool as much as possible, the water inlet pipe of the water intake part shall be as short as possible, and the elbow shall be as few as possible to reduce the water intake resistance. And ensure that the unit space is spacious enough. Easy to operate, maintain and maintain. The pump room of diesel engine fire pump should be equipped with lifting equipment, and insulation measures should be taken to ensure that the minimum temperature of the pump room is ≥ 5 ℃;
2. The foundation of diesel engine fire pump unit shall be solid and firm, preferably reinforced concrete, and the size shall extend 100-200mm to the periphery according to the pump unit chassis, and sewage drainage channel and cable trench shall be set;
3. The unit shall be placed on the foundation and adjusted by wedges or blocks. Check the level with a level meter. After tightening the foundation bolts, check the level again, and then grouting after filling. There shall be no gap or air bag during grouting;
4. The water inlet and outlet pipes of diesel engine fire pump unit shall be supported separately and installed firmly. Fire pumps shall not be used as pipe supports. Measures shall be taken to prevent excessive load at the inlet and outlet of the fire pump and no air bag in the water inlet pipe.
5. Muffler shall be installed outdoors. The diameter of the exhaust pipe shall not be less than the size required by the unit. However, the exhaust pipe shall be as short as possible and the elbow in the pipe shall be as small as possible to prevent the diesel engine from generating greater exhaust resistance and affecting the power output of the diesel engine. The exhaust pipe shall be supported separately, not by the engine. In order to prevent the exhaust pipe from injuring people due to high temperature, insulation protection measures shall be taken at a height accessible to people.
Note: the coupling of diesel engine fire pump unit has been adjusted before delivery, but may change during transportation and installation. Therefore, after installation of unit, in order to make another neutral adjustment of coupling, the maximum radial displacement ≤ 0.1mm, angular displacement ≤ 0.15mm and axial displacement ≤ 0.3mm are required.
The use of diesel engine fire pump set
1. Preparation and inspection before start
a) Check the storage capacity of the engine heat exchanger, supplement the cooling water in time, and check all components of the cooling system, without water leakage;
b) Check whether the oil quantity in the engine oil pan is appropriate, and supplement it in time if it is insufficient. Check all parts for oil leakage.
c) After checking the normal department, use the hand pump to exhaust the air in the fuel system. At this time, first open the exhaust screw on the diesel engine filter and fuel injection pump, and lift the starting oil pump until there is no bubble on the exhaust screw;
D) the pump outlet valve should be closed, the intake valve should be opened, and the foam line should be closed. If the water diversion mechanism is installed, the water diversion handle shall be placed in the empty position, and the water volume in the water ring vacuum pump storage tank (or the oil volume in the slide vacuum pump storage tank hj-40) shall be sufficient.
2、 Starting and operation of diesel engine fire pump unit
1. Open the start button, press the start button, and release the button in time after starting the engine. If the engine still fails to start after 5S, release the button immediately, stop the button for about 2 minutes, and start the second time. If the start is more than three times in a row, disconnect the circuit and check the cause. In general, first check the fuel supply system, if necessary, drain the fuel pipe (in winter, start after the diesel engine is fully preheated);
2. After the start is successful, turn the key to the middle position, keep the engine running at low speed for 2-4 minutes, and let the engine warm up;
3. After preheating at low speed, the engine speed can be gradually increased. When the engine cooling water temperature exceeds 60 ℃, other instruments display normal, and the pump can be driven.
4. If there is a water diversion mechanism, press the water diversion button of the vacuum pump (or place the water diversion handle at the "water diversion" position) to conduct water diversion. When conducting water diversion work, pay attention to the display of vacuum gauge and pressure gauge of fire pump unit. When the vacuum gauge shows that a certain value does not rise, the pressure gauge shows that the water has been pumped (usually 0.2-0.4mpa). Immediately open the outlet valve of the fire pump; cut off the water diversion pipe valve, press the stop button of the vacuum pump (or quickly push the water diversion handle to the "idle" position), and end the water diversion work. Increase the engine throttle to increase the speed. When the pump pressure reaches 0.3-0.5mpa, the outlet valve can be gradually opened to send the pressure water to the output pipeline system and provide normal water supply. When the device is in operation, the pointer of the tachometer shall be indicated at the rated speed, and overspeed is not allowed.
5 during operation, pay attention to the color of smoke exhaust: colorless or brown is normal, incomplete combustion is black, and the oil on the machine is blue. Abnormal combustion shall be stopped for adjustment or repair.
Note: in case of fire or other emergency, the pump unit shall enter the rated working state rapidly after starting. 3、 Diesel engine fire pump shutdown
1. after the diesel pump output foam mixture, it should immerse it in the clear water for 2 minutes to clean the pump body parts and avoid residual foam corrosion.
2. Turn off the small throttle when parking, let the engine idle for 2 minutes, make the cooling uniform, then accelerate the idle for 2-3 seconds, make all parts fully lubricated, and then stop the engine.
3. After stopping, disconnect the circuit and take out the key. If the pump room is not insulated and the indoor temperature is lower than 5 ° C, all engines, water pumps and water pumps shall be stored everywhere in winter to prevent frostbite
4. When the engine is drained, the heat exchanger shall be opened with a water cover, and then the water drain switch of the heat exchanger and its water tank shall be opened to drain the water in the cooling system.
Note: the battery should always maintain sufficient power.
4、 Maintenance of diesel engine fire pump set
The maintenance of diesel engine fire pump unit shall be carried out in strict accordance with the maintenance system, so as to keep the diesel engine fire pump unit in good technical condition and clean appearance all the time, and be ready at any time to adapt to rapid and effective response. In case of emergency, put out the fire in time.
The diesel engine fire pump unit shall be maintained every day, and the maintenance system shall be level I, level II and level III.
(1) Daily maintenance
1. Keep the machine room clean and tidy, and the diesel engine fire pump unit and its supporting equipment shall be flexible and reliable;
2. check whether the connection condition of each organization of the diesel fire pump group is good, whether the rotation part is flexible, whether the connection of each oil circuit, loop and meter is firm and reliable, whether the wiring is loose, whether the foam mixing system, cooling system and other institutions are complete and normal.
3. check the adequacy of fuel tank, oil pan, heat exchanger, water tank and foam liquid, and add it in time when it is insufficient.
4. Check whether the engine oil circuit is normal and reliable to ensure that it can be put into operation at any time;
5. The engine must be started every day to check its starting performance. The pump must be operated several times a week after idling.
(2) First level maintenance
Every three months (once a day) or accumulated 100 hours of operation, level 1 maintenance centered on lubrication and fastening must be carried out.
1. Clean the exterior of each component of the unit;
2. Check the oil level of engine crankcase, check whether the crankcase ventilation pipe is in good condition and whether the device is firm;
3. Check the oil storage in the pump grease cup, and add it if necessary;
4. Check and adjust the belt tightness.
5. Check engine lubricating oil surface, water pump and clean air plug;
6. Check the fastening of engine, water pump, transmission device and pipeline;
7. Clean the outside of the battery, add distilled water and sufficient power;
8. Clean the air filter;
9. Lubricate each lubrication point as required.
(3) Secondary maintenance
After every 6 months or 500 hours of operation, secondary maintenance must be carried out centering on inspection and adjustment. The items are as follows:
1. First level maintenance of all items;
2. Clean the oil filter and replace the filter element;
3. Check engine lubrication system and replace with new engine oil;
4. Clean the oil tank, oil pump filter and pipeline;
5. Replace the paper fuel filter element;
6. Clean the oil pan and oil pump pumping unit;
7. Check and adjust valve clearance and advance angle of injection pump;
8. Disassemble and check the injection pump and fuel pump as required, and check the injection pressure and injection condition of high-speed fuel injector;
9. Check the battery liquid level and electrolyte concentration, remove the air hole on the battery cover, and charge if necessary;
10. Check electrical equipment, clean and lubricate starter and engine bearing
11. Check the tightness of the pump. The inlet and outlet of the pump are closed, and the vacuum pump is used to test the vacuum degree. When the dial reading of the real vacuum reaches 0.79mpa, the vacuum drop shall not be greater than 0.03mpa/min during the shutdown test. If the vacuum drips too fast, check and eliminate the leakage cause in time;
12. Lubricate all lubrication points as required.
(4) Three level maintenance
Generally, the pump unit operates for 1000 ≤ 1500 hours, or the engine power performance is significantly reduced, the diesel consumption is increased, and the exhaust gas or blue smoke are decomposed as a whole, so as to eliminate the hidden danger as the center of the three-level maintenance. The items are as follows:
1. All major and secondary maintenance items.
2. Disassemble and inspect the engine assembly:
1) Clean carbon deposits in combustion chamber, exhaust pipe and muffler;
2) Measure the wear in the cylinder, change the piston ring and cylinder sleeve if necessary;
3) Check the clearance of connecting rod bearing and crankshaft main bearing, replace the bearing if necessary, check the axial clearance of camshaft and crankshaft, and adjust if necessary;
4) Check the tightness of the valve seat and grind if necessary.
5) Clean the cylinder block, oil pan and filter screen;
6) Clean the dirt of heat exchanger and engine water tank, and check the function of thermostat.
7) remove the pump part, clean and replace the oil, remove foam agitator and remove dirt.
8) Conduct the pressure test of 1.5 times of the rated outlet pressure of the pipeline output system, and replace the leaking pipe fittings and valves in time;
