At this time, check the coarse and fine filter and diesel filter. When pumping by hand pump, the oil supply is very stable, but there is no pressure. This is mainly due to the fracture or fatigue deformation of the oil return safety valve spring of the injection pump, the wear or ash accumulation of the steel ball, and the lax sealing, resulting in the low pressure of the low-pressure oil pipe, resulting in the insufficient oil supply of the injection pump. When checking the sealing effect of the oil return safety valve, block the oil inlet by hand and blow it with the nozzle normally, otherwise the sealing is not tight. When pumping with hand pump, the handle should feel elastic. When applying pressure, the handle is easy to release automatically.

The old hand pump should also check whether the fuel passage between the water injection pump and the oil tank is blocked. If there is any blockage, it is mainly because the intake filter under the fuel pump is blocked by dirt or damaged by the gasket. When pumping oil with hand pump, the shaft handle can not touch the suction force.
