Product Brief
"Integrated underground (fire fighting / water supply) pumping station" is a product developed by Shandong Hairui Zhonglian Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. The product is composed of assembled composite SW water tank and intelligent fire pump set.
Characteristic

Equipment Selection
Pump unit
The model of fire pump shall be determined according to the design flow and required fire water supply pressure of the fire water supply system in the project. The water pump is one for use and one for standby, and the pressure at zero flow shall not exceed 140% of the design pressure of the system; when the system flow is 150% of the rated flow of the water pump, the pressure shall not be lower than 65% of the rated pressure.
Fire water tank
According to the fire design flow and fire duration of each single fire water supply system in the project, the fire water consumption of each single fire water supply system is calculated. When the project is composed of multiple fire water supply systems, the total fire water consumption of each fire is the sum of the fire water consumption of each single system. Thus, the effective volume of fire water tank can be determined, and the size of fire water tank can be determined according to the volume of water tank and the actual situation on site.
Pump house
The width of the main channel in the pump house shall not be less than 1.2m, and the width of the channel in front of the electrical control cabinet shall not be less than 1.5m; for the buried pump station, a 2m × 2m access opening shall be set at the top of the pump house, which shall be at least 300 mm higher than the ground, and the top of the access opening shall be equipped with a slide rail type top cover to facilitate opening and closing; the pump house shall be equipped with a steel staircase for easy access; the top of the pump house shall be equipped with a ventilation cap, which shall be at least 1.
technical requirement
water tank
1) The water tank can be made of hot-dip galvanized SW large module, stainless steel SW large module or the composite of hot-dip galvanized steel plate and stainless steel plate. There are several specifications of water tank module, such as 1m × 2m, 1m × 3M. The bolts required for assembling and distributing water tank shall be complete set of hot-dip galvanized bolts or stainless steel bolts. The water tank module is lined with rubber gasket.
2) The design and manufacture of water tank shall comply with the requirements and regulations of 12s101 rectangular water supply tank, national building standard design sample volume.
3) When the volume of water tank is more than 500m3, it is better to set up separation, each separation can be used independently; when the volume of water tank is more than 1000m3, two fire water tanks that can be used independently should be set up.
4) When the water tank is set with separate and independent water tanks, valves shall be set on the connecting pipes of different separated and independent water tank spaces to facilitate maintenance in case of equipment failure.
Piping layout
1) The internal pipeline of the water pump unit is composed of hot-dip galvanized steel pipeline, and the inlet of the water pump suction pipe shall be set in the water tank.
2) Each system pump unit shall be equipped with manual inspection, automatic low-frequency inspection, flow detection pipeline and water test pipeline in addition to the start and stop controlled by the control cabinet.
Accident drainage
1) The pump house shall be equipped with emergency drainage facilities. Two submersible sewage pumps (main pump wq100-15-7.5 and auxiliary pump wq20-15-1.5) shall be used for emergency drainage. When the emergency water level is reached, the two pumps can work at the same time. The submersible sewage pump for emergency drainage shall be set in the sump (PIT), and its size shall not be less than 1m × 1m × 1m (length × width × depth).
2) Hot dip galvanized steel pipe is used for emergency drainage pipe.
Ventilation and dehumidification
1) No power ventilation cap shall be set at the top of pump house, and the air change frequency shall not be lower than the requirements of relevant specifications.
2) Industrial dehumidification equipment shall be set in the pump room where the pump set installed underground is located, and the model of dehumidification equipment shall meet the dehumidification effect in the pump room. At the same time, the condensate on the wall of the pump room can flow into the water collecting well (PIT) through the diversion groove set at the root of the wall.
Equipment foundation
1) The equipment foundation shall be constructed on undisturbed soil. When it is undisturbed soil, the soil layer shall be compacted. If necessary, the equipment foundation shall be poured after the soil is compacted.
2) The size, concrete grade and reinforcement of equipment foundation shall be determined after design and calculation by the structural professional designer.
Anticorrosive
When the integrated fire water supply pump station is buried, the outside of the pump station shall be coated with epoxy coal tar pitch for anticorrosion.
debugging
The pump station shall be installed under the guidance of the factory; when the equipment is commissioned, the factory shall guide the commissioning, and after the commissioning is qualified, it shall be delivered for use.
Operation and maintenance
No special person is required to be on duty for the operation of the pump station, but regular inspection, inspection and maintenance are required.
