What are the requirements of diesel engine water pump bidding technology? Three

Diesel engine water pump configuration requirements

1. The motor shall comply with electric control device, electric control device or equivalent standards. The allowable difference of electrical performance of the motor shall comply with the provisions of GB 755 and IEC 34-1. All cable seals shall be double sealed and the environmental intrusion protection level shall be IP55 or higher.

2. According to the possible peak power demand of the pump, the rated power of the motor is required. When selecting a motor, the maximum absorbed power shall not exceed the nominal nameplate rating of the motor.

3. The motor shall be cooled by a totally enclosed fan equipped with squirrel cage induction, with a utilization rate of 1.15. Insulation class F

4. Motor and pump shall be installed on the base of manufacturing facilities and transported in one unit.

5. The asynchronous motor shall have the power level of continuous operation S1 and be suitable for the start and stop times determined by the process.

6. The input parameters of the motor shall be 380V50Hz and can operate in the range of 7% - 10% of the voltage fluctuation value.

7. The motor shall be manufactured in accordance with Chinese and IEC standard IEC60034, whichever is more stringent.

8. The efficiency of the motor shall meet the design requirements, not lower than the design requirements.

9. Metric nickel plated copper cable gland shall be used for cable connection. The motor terminal box shall be large enough to accept the cables. If the junction box is too crowded, the Contractor shall replace the larger junction box free of charge.

10. The motor shell shall be able to withstand humidity and outdoor conditions without using space heater.

11. The power supply line size of the motor shall meet the design environmental conditions, and the voltage drop during normal operation shall be limited to 2.5%.

Other requirements

1. Equipment requirements

1. The equipment provided by the bidder shall be standard products, and all parameters provided in the technical documents shall be selected from the product samples published by the manufacturer, and the inspection report issued by the provincial or above inspection and test institutions shall be provided.

2. The equipment manufacturer shall measure and adjust the pump dynamically and statically according to the parameters specified in the product performance. The bidder shall have the equipment inspection ability of continuous operation of equipment for 24 hours, and determine and adjust the pump dynamically and statically during the construction of assembly line.

2. Spare parts

1. The tenderer shall provide the proposal and quotation list of spare parts for online commissioning, three-year operation and provided equipment maintenance. Ensure long-term stable supply of spare parts.

2. The bidder shall list consumables, random spare parts and spare parts required for three-year operation and maintenance respectively.

3. The supply period of the main spare parts shall be at least 10 years after the inspection of the equipment or at least 5 years after the equipment is withdrawn from the market (one of which takes a long time), and the price of the spare parts shall not be higher than 70 pounds quoted in the market. When the manufacturer of some parts or equipment involved in the goods provided by the tenderer decides to stop production, the tenderer must inform the tenderer in advance so that the tenderer can increase the spare parts of the equipment.

4. The tenderer shall specify the recommended spare parts in the technical documents (such as where to use in the system, storage period, whether desiccant is required, etc.), so that the tenderer can know which specific project these spare parts are used for.

5. Some main parts of all spare parts shall be tested before shipment to ensure normal operation of the system.

6. The tenderer shall formally deliver the damaged parts or equipment before operation, without any charge, not included in the spare parts.

3. Inspection and acceptance

1. In the manufacturing process and after completion, the inspection department of the bidder shall carry out specific tests and tests on the equipment according to the standards and specifications specified in the bidding document, submit the inspection report, and be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the inspection report. All inspection reports and certificates shall be submitted to the bidder for filing as part of the technical data for the supervision of the bidder's engineer. In addition, the bidder shall provide qualification certificate and quality certificate at random.

2. After the goods arrive at the project site, the tenderer and the tenderer shall count the package, appearance and quantity of the goods together with the tenderer according to the shipping and packing list. If the representatives of both parties find and confirm that any difference is the responsibility of the tenderer, it shall be solved by the tenderer.

3. If the supplier (including transportation) causes any damage, defect, shortage or does not conform to the quality standards and specifications specified in the contract in the field inspection, the bidder shall have the right to refuse to accept, and all expenses shall be borne by the supplier.

4. The tenderer shall also submit complete inspection methods and acceptance standards (including single equipment and complete system). As the basis for accepting the tenderee.

4. Guide installation and commissioning

1. After the installation is completed, the tenderer is obliged to cooperate with the mechanical and electrical installation unit to conduct a comprehensive inspection and test on the system, and complete the partial and comprehensive commissioning of the system.

2. All testing must be carried out by an engineer certified by the product manufacturer. Instruments meeting the corresponding accuracy requirements shall be used in the test. The supplier is responsible for the instruments, tools and materials required for the test work.

5. Commissioning

1. The electromechanical device unit is responsible for the trial operation process of the whole system;

2. Test run is an important link to evaluate the quality and reliability of the whole system engineering. The probation period is three months. When the main indicators (monitoring performance, reliability and stability) meet the requirements of test operation acceptance, final acceptance can be carried out. If the above-mentioned conditions are not met, a new trial run for three months is required;

3. The tenderer must submit operation and maintenance manual to make the tenderer familiar with the pre installed equipment and system. The manual shall include control procedures, operation and maintenance procedures. Each manual shall include at least the following information:

A. All equipment specifications and detailed Chinese operation manual, commissioning manual and quality assurance 4 sets;

B. Describe common faults of system and main components, including accessories and assembly drawings, general accident description. The manual shall include an operation manual and a list of general spare parts;

C. Recommended periodical maintenance period and items;
